How To Prepare Baked Honey Soy Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ Cup of Honey
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
½ Tsp Onion powder
½ Tsp Ground Ginger
8 – 10 chicken thighs (or your preferred cut of chicken)
Garnish
Red Pepper Flakes
Sesame Seeds
Parsley (optional)
Directions
1. Wash chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. In a large Ziploc bag, mix together all of your ingredients.
3. Add the chicken to the plastic bag. Make sure the bag is sealed securely, then gently toss to coat each piece. Place the bag of chicken in your refrigerator to marinate for 2 – 4 hours.
4. Remove bag of chicken from the refrigerator and preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
5. Add chicken thighs to a cast iron skillet (my preferred method of cooking) or baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade from bag over chicken.
6. Bake chicken in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes skin side up. Turn chicken and cook skin side down for about 10 minutes.
7. Turn the chicken skin side up for another 5 – 10 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
7. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, or parsley.
Serve chicken thighs with your favorite side dishes, such as rice, pasta, roasted vegetables, or a side salad.
Enjoy!

What a delicious marinade for the chicken thighs. I usually use a similar marinade for pork and it always results in tender pieces of meat that melt in your mouth.
