Snacking can help to boost kids energy levels while also keeping them full before those dinner cravings kick in.

When it comes to after school snacks, it’s important to strike a balance between delicious and nutritious. You’ll want to choose snacks that aren’t full of added salt, sugars, and unhealthy fats.

You want snacks that not only taste great but also provide the energy and nutrients your kids need to refuel after the day’s activities.

Sliced Veggies With Dipping Sauce

Chop up a variety of vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumbers, and bell peppers and serve them with a side of hummus or ranch dressing for dipping.
